This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom estate is in a gated community in Isla Mujeres, Mexico, perfectly hidden away from the main tourist sites of the island and a short 15 minute golf cart ride to the beach. The home consists of 2 adjacent buildings each housing a master bedroom with a king sized bed.

The larger shell has 2 floors with a living room, kitchenette and glass doors leading out to the pool area on the main floor. The living room has a semicircular lounge area which is perfect for cooling off in the air conditioning. Up a winding staircase there is a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the pool. The smaller shell has a large bedroom with a tiled bathroom made out of, you guessed it, seashells.

As a matter of fact, almost every detail of the house is made out of seashells. The mirrors are lined with shells, the sink is a large seashell, even the tabletop is held up by large shells. This home is one of a kind!
